Gary M. Post - Managing Director and Investment Principal

Highly varied experience in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, and venture management and investing as First Vice President at Drexel Burnham Lambert, Vice President at Kidder Peabody, Managing Director at Houlihan, Lokey, Howard and Zukin and Director of Research and Consultant at McKinsey & Company.
Currently part-time interim COO of Oxis International. Inc., (OXIS.BB) a Biopharma Company with interests in diagnostics, therapeutics and neutraceuticals.
In his roles at Ambient Capital, he also has been President and CEO of VoIP, Inc., a public company (VOIC.BB) that provides enabling technologies and services to the Voice over Internet Protocol / Telecom Industry, Interim CEO of OCC Meds Billing Services - a firm specializing in automating and financing Workers Compensation Pharmacy Claims and Acting CEO of Opticon Medical, a private medical device company with several FDA clearances, He is currently a board member of VoIP, Inc, Oxis and Opticon.
During his career, he has been responsible for broad spectrum of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions assignments, including capital structure planning, public and private offerings, development of acquisition criteria, execution of various acquisitions, minority position purchases, joint ventures, and corporate sales and divestitures.

S. Lewis Meyer - Investment Principal

Extensive experience in building successful public and private companies in roles including President/CEO, Chairman of the Board, Vice-President - Product Development, Sales and Marketing.
Formerly President and Chief Executive Officer of Imatron Inc. (NASDAQ: IMAT) until its acquisition by General Electric in December 2001.
Currently also President and CEO of Lipid Sciences, Inc. (LIPD).
Prior positions include President of American Health Services Corporation, now insight Health Services (previously a public company: NASDAQ: IHSC) and a former member of the Board of Directors of the American Electronics Association.
Has raised substantial capital and participated in numerous other corporate finance transactions as an operating company executive including venture capital financing, IPOs, secondary offerings, private placements and mergers and acquisitions.

David Y. Ahn - Vice President

Broad range of experience in strategic business planning, investment due diligence, structuring and evaluation, and preparation of offering prospectuses and memoranda. Substantial skills in financial evaluations, valuations and modeling.
In his roles at Ambient Capital He was also Vice President - Corporate Planning of VoIP, Inc.
Additional experience in sourcing investment prospects and monitoring of portfolio companies.
Prior experience with FGII Ventures, a private equity investment firm, and two investment banking firms, Wit Soundview and Merrill Lynch.

John L. Cornfield - Managing Director

Responsible for identifying new investment and joint venture candidates / opportunities
Previously, John was Investment Director for the State of California Trade and Commerce Agency in Europe (London) reporting directly to the Governor's Office. Led numerous trade and investment missions on behalf of California's leading industries and co-founded two major investment / partnering conferences in the biosciences and information technology fields.
Previous investment banking and private equity research positions in London for Ambient Capital and Pegasus Group.
Currently an Advisor to Affinity Capital, a leading large-cap investment manager in Southern California; and Technology Vision Group, a global consultancy in the life sciences / biotech field based in Northern California.
Educated at University of California, San Diego, Stanford and the London School of Economics.

Alex Crutchfield

Managing Director and Co-Founder of Oasis Partners, a strategic advisory and private investment firm based in Phoenix, AZ
Extensive experience in over 150 corporate finance and investment transactions in varied industries as an advisor, officer, director and investor.
Prior positions include Managing Director and Co-Founder of RRY Holdings LP in New York City, where he acted as principal in private equity investments and also managed RRY's portfolio of publicly traded securities.
Special contributions to Ambient include a broad range of longstanding relationships in US and abroad with direct investors, private equity and venture capital firms, lobbyists, investment banking firms, senior executives and public officials.

Ivy Lindstrom Fredericks

Investment banking experience includes designing and marketing securities in micro and mid-cap companies, mergers and acquisitions transaction initiation, and cross border transactions.
Currently President & CEO of Transnational Capital Corp., a broker-dealer firm located in New York City.
Senior corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions positions at Kidder Peabody, Drexel Burnham Lambert, and KPMG Peat Marwick.
Involved in over 100 transactions in 15 years of corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions experience.
