In his roles at Ambient Capital, he also has been President and CEO of VoIP, Inc., a public company (VOIC.BB) that provides enabling technologies and services to the Voice over Internet Protocol / Telecom Industry, Interim CEO of OCC Meds Billing Services - a firm specializing in automating and financing Workers Compensation Pharmacy Claims and Acting CEO of Opticon Medical, a private medical device company with several FDA clearances, He is currently a board member of VoIP, Inc, Oxis and Opticon.

a former member of the Board of Directors of the American
